we are slowpasta.
we do slow deployments.
we don't make any software ourselves.
we only deploy software that other groups have made.

this is how the slowpasta algorithm works:
  1. when a commit happens... a timer gets set to N minutes.
  2. when the timer hits zero... the software is deployed.
there is a separate timer for each piece of software.
if a commit happens while the timer is ticking, the timer gets reset.

N is decided by slowpasta.
N can change often.
N can be very large.
N can be very small.

not everyone can join slowpasta.
slowpasta admin rights must not be shared with the public.
slowpasta admins can only invite one other admin (ever).

admins can add new deployments.
doompasta can destroy slowpasta deployments.

these are the rules.
the rules don't change.

slowpasta will die.
